These terms govern your use of CliniPaper, operated by GoldenRoz, LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: papers@clinipaper.com.
1. The service
CliniPaper is an AI writing and review assistant for research manuscripts: literature review, review of drafts, reference verification, journal formatting, figures and responses to reviewers. It is a tool, not a co-author, a statistician of record or a substitute for professional judgment.
2. Your responsibilities

You remain the author and are fully responsible for everything you submit, publish or present.
•
Disclose AI use as required by your target journal (ICMJE, COPE and publisher policies). CliniPaper can draft a disclosure statement for you.
•
Check that your target journal allows the use of AI tools on unpublished work before uploading it.
•
Do not upload identifiable patient data or any content you do not have the right to share.
•
Verify results before relying on them. We mark what we could not verify, but errors are possible.
•
Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
3. Not medical advice
Output is for research writing purposes only and is not medical advice for the care of any patient.
4. Credits, plans and payments
•
Work is measured in credits; the cost of long tasks is shown before they run.
•
Free start: 50 credits valid for 30 days. Paper Pass: one-time purchase, credits valid for 12 months. Subscriptions (monthly or annual) add credits each billing period; unused subscription credits roll over while the subscription is active.
•
Free trials on subscriptions last the period shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
•
Prices are in USD; taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe and invoices are issued by GoldenRoz, LLC.
•
Cancellation: cancel any time from Plan & credits → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
•
Refunds: if something went wrong, write to papers@clinipaper.com within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right. Credits for failed runs are not charged.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling or automated scraping, and no use to fabricate data or references.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep CliniPaper available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be notified by email.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
